The Public Servants (Inquiries) Act, 1850 (Central Act 37 of 1850) as in force in the Malabar District referred to in sub-section (2) of section 5 of the State Reorganisation Act, 1956, in so far as it relates to officers to whom the provisions of this Act apply and the Public Servants (Inquiries) Act, 1122 (Act XI of 1122) are hereby repealed.
