(1) The Board shall meet in such place and time as decided by the Chairperson: Provided that the period between two consecutive meetings shall not exceed six months. (2) The Chairperson shall preside over the meeting of the board. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson and in the absence of both the Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson, any member present from amongst themselves, shall preside over the meeting. (3) The quorum for the meeting of the Board shall be one fourth of the total number of members.
