(1) The President of the State Library Council shall in respect of each year, prepare a report of the working of the State Library Council during that year along with such information and particulars as may be prescribed and submit such report to the Government before such date as the Government may, by order, specify. (2) The President of the State Library Council shall in respect of each year, prepare a report of working of the District Library Councils and [Taluk Library Council] during that year along with such information and particulars as may be prescribed and submit the report to the Government before such date as the Government may, by order specify. (3) The Government shall on receipt of the annual reports cause the same to be laid on the Table of the State Legislative Assembly. Substituted by Act 20/1998 w.e.f. 22/05/1998.
