(1) Every affiliated library shall be entitled to receive grant from the [Taluk Library Council] based on the gradation list prepared under sub-section (5) of section 34 at such rates as may be prescribed. (2) The State Library Council shall provide necessary funds to the [Taluk Library Councils] for the payment of the grant under sub-sections (1). Substituted by Act 20/1998 w.e.f. 22/05/1998.
