Matters to be considered while conducting inspection and imposing fine.—Whenever an inspection is conducted and before imposing fine as per this Act, the Local Public Health Officer shall consider whether any other authority empowered under any other law for the time being in force is or has been initiated proceeding and shall ensure that no contradictory decision is taken on the same matter.
