Delegation of powers by Government.—The Government may, by notification, and subject to any restrictions and limitations that may be specified therein authorize any person to exercise one or more of the powers conferred by this Act and may in like manner withdraw such power: Provided that nothing contained in this section shall apply to the power of the Government to make rules under this Act as per section 81.
