Appeal.—(1) Any person aggrieved by any order or decision taken by the Kadavu Committee or the Local Authority under this Act or the Rules made thereunder may prefer an appeal to the Chairman of the District Expert Committee, within fifteen days from the date of the said decision or order. 29 (2) Any appeal received under sub-section (1) shall be disposed of within thirty days, and the decision on such appeal shall be final.
