Authorised Officer.— (1) The Commissioner of Land Revenue shall be the authorised officer to exercise overall supervision of the implementation of the provisions of this Act and he shall be assisted by an officer not below the rank of Joint Land Revenue Commissioner entrusted by the Government for the purpose.
