Power of Government to conduct inspection.—The Government shall have power to call for reports and to examine the files relating to any decisions taken by a District Expert Committee, or a Kadavu Committee, or a local authority, under this Act or the rules made thereunder and to give directions to the Chairman of the District Expert Committee for taking further proceedings thereon.
