Amount to be transferred to the fund.—Any amount collected by the District Collector towards River Management Fund based on any executive order of the Government as on the date of coming into force of this Act, shall stand transferred to and vested in the Fund constituted under this Act and shall form part of the Fund. CHAPTER V OFFENCES AND PENALTIES
