[State Government] shall have power, by notification in the [Kerala Government Gazette], to cancel any notifications issued by them under Section 2 and upon such cancellation the provisions of this Act the operation of which had been suspended with any subsequent statutory modifications thereof, shall revive and come into force in the local area concerned.
