Whoever is guilty of any wilful act or intentional omission in contravention of any of the provisions of this Act, or of any rule, notification or order made thereunder, and otherwise provided for in this Act, shall be punished [with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both] Amended by Act 25 of 1960.
