Section 98

Power to remove difficulties

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order published in Official Gazette, make such provisions or take such measures, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it, to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act: Provided further that an order under sub-section (1) shall have effect from any date not earner than the date of commencement of this Act. (2) An order made under sub-section (1) shall, be laid, as soon as may be after it is made; before the Legislative Assembly of the State of Kerala.
