(1) For controlling any incident of rioting in a prison, any officer of the prison may use the minimum force required, and do as little injury to a prisoner or prisoners or other persons as may be required for restoring order. (2) Any officer of the prison may use minimum force against any prisoner escaping or attempting to escape, or committing violence against any official of the prison or any other person (3) Any officer of the prison may use minimum force required against any prisoner who refuses to enter into the cell or barrack for lockup.
