137 (h) "infective animal" means any animal which is affected with a Scheduled disease or has 1 ecently been in contact with or in close proximity to an animal so affected; ( i) "Inspector" means an Inspector appointed unde1 section 3; (j) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act; (k) "Scheduled disease" means any disease specifil'd in the Schedule; (l) "State" means the State of Kerala; . (m) "Veterinary Surgeon" means a Veterinary Surgeon appointed under section 3.
