Landlord not to enter on surrendered or abandoned land.—If any landlord enters into the possession of any abandoned land or any land which has not been surrendered in accordance with the provisions of section 51, he shall be deemed to have contravened the provisions of section 6 of the Kerala Prevention of Eviction Act, 1966, and shall be punished accordingly." .
