Application for permzsszon.—7(1)Every application for per- mission under section 4 or section 5 shall be in such form and shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed and shall be made to the authorised officer. (2) The procedure to be followed by the authoused officer in granting or refusing permission under section 4 or section 5 shall be such as may be prescribed.
