Power to remove d/ifiiculties.—-(1) If any difliculty arisesm giving effect to the provisions of this Act the Government may, by order published in the Gazette make such provisions not inconsi- stent with the provisions of this Act. which appear to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty: (2) Every such order made under this section shall, as soou as may be after it is made, be laid before the legislative Assembly.
