Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, or in any contract or other document, or in any Judgment, decree or order of any Court, any sale, mortgage, lease or other alienation of a private forest or any portion of a private forest after the 10th day of May, 1971 and before the commencement of this Act shall be null and void.
