(1) All moneys payable under Section 8 and Section 9 shall be recoverable by the District Magistrate in the manner provided for the recovery of fines under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898. (2) All moneys paid or recovered under Section 8 and Section 9, shall be credited to the Government and shall be applied to the maintenance of the police under such orders as the Government may pass.
