Arrea1s of RaJablzogam.-Notwithstanding anything to the contrary cont;tiucd in this Act, a11 arrears of Rajabhogam which accrued due bef(,re the appoi11tcd day and remain unpaid to the Mathapram 011 that day shall he rccov~rabJc by or on behalf of the Mathapram in the 1ame rrlanner as they wcr(: recoverable immediately before the appointed day. (j. J>ower to nzake rules.-( 1) The Government may, by notification in th~ Gazette, make rules to carry out the purpo'ies of this Act.
