Definitions.—In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the expressions “cultivating tenant”, “holding”, “improvement”, “Land Tribunal”, “rent” and “tenant” shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Kerala Land Reforms Act, 1963 (1 of 1964).
