Tenant: to be proprietors and thamm to wt in Gnmnment.—On and alter the commencement of this Act,— (i) every tenant shall, subject to the provlswns of section 7, have full proprietary righis in the land comprised in his holding and such rights shall be heritable and alienablc, (ii) the tenants shall not be liable to pay rent to the Temple; and (iii), all tharissu sliall vest in the Government.
