Penalty for maintaining or running unregistered tutorial institution. - Any person who maintains or runs a tutorial institution in contravention of the provisions of this Act or who establishes and maintains a tutorial institution without obtaining the registration certificate under this Act or who after cancellation of the registration certificate issued to him continues to run such an institution shall on conviction be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees 204 205[and further fine which may extend to one hundred rupees for each day during which the offence continued.] 268 206[* * * * * * 204 Substituted by Act 13 of 1999. 205 Added by Act 13 of 1999. 206 Omitted by Act 7 of 1995.
