Protection of Acts done in good faith. -195 (1) No suit prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the president, vice-president, any member, secretary, any officer or employee of a panchayat for anything which is in good faith done or purported or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or bye-law made thereunder.
