Prohibition of sale in unlicensed private markets, etc. — No person shall sell or expose for sale any animal or article. - (a) in any public or licensed private market without the permission of a Village Panchayat or licensee, as the case may be, or of any person authorised by the village panchayat; or (b) in any unlicensed private market.
