All nurses and midwives to whom certificates of registration have been issued under the Travancore Nurses, Midwives and Dhais Act, 1121 (XVIII of 1121) shall be entitled to be registered under this Act without any application being made in that behalf and without payment of any fee, and the Registrar shall, as soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, register the names of such nurses and midwives in the appropriate registers.
