Section 33

Penalty for unlawful assumption of title of registered nurse, midwife, auxiliary nurse-midwife, health visitor or dhai

Any person who not being a registered nurse, midwife, auxiliary nurse-midwife, health visitor or dhai takes or uses the name or title of a registered nurse or midwife or uses any name, title, description, prescribed uniform, badge, object or sign board, with the intention that it may be believed or with the knowledge that it is likely to be believed that such person is a registered nurse, midwife, auxiliary nurse-midwife, health visitor or dhai"] shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
