Directors of Board etc., to be public servants. - Every Director of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer and every other officer and employees of the Board appointed under sub-section (1) of section 12 shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
