(1) The Commission shall as soon as may be after the end of each financial year, prepare in such form and at such time, for each financial year as may be prescribed, its annual report giving a full account of its activities and programs undertaken during the previous financial year, and submit to the Government. (2) A copy of the report received under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly within six months after the same is received by the Government.
