(1) The Executive Council shall prepare the annual report relating to the functioning of the University covering each financial year and submit it to the General Council for its review on or before such date as may be prescribed by regulations. The General Council may pass resolutions thereon and the Executive Council shall take action in accordance therewith. (2) Copies of the annual report along with the resolutions of the General Council shall be submitted to the Chancellor and the Government. The Government shall lay the same before the State Legislature at its session immediately following such receipt.
