(1) The Term of office of the members of the Executive Council, nominated or co-opted shall be four years from the date of their nomination or co-option, as the case may be. (2) Where a person has become a member of the Executive Council by reason of the office or appointment he holds, the membership shall cease when he ceases to hold that office or appointment or on removal by the nominating authority.
