(1) Every Municipality shall in the manner prescribed, formulate and publish in the name of "citizens' charter" in respect of the categories of services made available by the Municipality to the citizens, its conditions and the time limit within which it is made available; (2) The "Citizens' Charter" shall be renewed and updated periodically at least once in a year.] Section 563 A inserted by Act 14 of 1999, w.e.f. 24/03/1999.
