The administration of Municipality on any of the undertakings for generating, transmitting, supplying and consuming the electrical energy shall not be contrary to the Indian Electricity Act, 1910 (Central Act 9 of 1910) or Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 (Central Act 54 of 1948) or the rules made under these Acts or the conditions in the licence issued to the Municipality, and shall be subject to the conditions as may be prescribe].
