[x x x x] Section 490 omitted by Act 14 of 1999, w.e.f. 24-3-1999. The omitted Section 490 reas as under: "490. Grave digger's licence.- No person shall be a grave digger or other attendant at a public place for the disposal of the dead (other than a place provided by the Government) unless he has been licensed in that behalf by the Municipality and such licence may be withdrawn or cancelled at the discretion of the Municipality."
