A Municipality shall, so far as it considers it necessary for public convenience, and so far as funds permit, cause the important public streets [to be watered] as it thinks necessary. Substituted for the words "to be watered and for that purpose may provide such water-carts animals and apparatus" by Act 14 of 1999, w.e.f. 24-3-1999.
