Whosoever deposits or throws any rubbish, solid waste, filth or carcasses in contravention of the provisions in this Chapter 2E[2F[for which no punishment is provided elsewhere in this chapter]and which does not fall under the purview of Section 340A, shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which shall not be less than five hundred rupees but may extend to two thousand rupees.] Substituted by Act 30 of 2009 dt. 07/10/2009.Prior to the substitution it reads as under: "shall on conviction be punishable with fine which shall not be less than fifty rupees but may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees" Substituted by ACT 6 OF 2024 published in K.G.Ext.
