Power of Government to amend the Schedules.— (1) The Government may, by notification in the Gazette, make additions to the entries in a Schedule to this Act. (2) No Schedule to this Act or any entry in such Schedule shall be omitted except by the authority of a law made by the State Legislature. BVE-LAWS AND REGULATIONS
