Section 564

Power to remove difficulties

Power to remove difficulties.— (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act the Government may, be order, as occasion requires, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act which appears them to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty. (2) No order under sub-section (1) shall be made after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act. (3) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly within fourteen days after it is made if it is in session or at the commencement of the next session of the Legislative Assembly if it is not in session.
