SIGNATURE ON DOCUMENTS.— (1) Every licence, permission, notice, bill, schedule, summons or other document which is required by his Act or any rule, bye-law or regulation made thereunder to bear the signature of the Chairperson or the Secretary or of any officer of the Municipality shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a fascimile of the signature of the Chairperson or the Secretary or of such officer, as the case may be stamped thereon. (2) Nothing in sub-section(l) shall be deemed to apply to a cheque drawn upon the municipal fund or to any deed of contract entered into by the Municipality.
