DISPOSAL OF UNCLAIMED DEAD BODIES.— Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law or direction for the time being in force the Secretary shall arrange for the disposal of unclaimed dead bodies found within his jurisdiction and may incur the expenditure therefore: Provided that before taking any action under this section clearance from the Police shall be obtained.
