CLEARING OF DEBRIS OF FALLEN TREES ETC. BY OCCUPIERS.— Where any obstruction is caused in any street by the fall of trees, structures or fences the owner or occupier of the premises concerned shall, within twelve hours of the occurrence of such fall or within such further period as the Secretary may, by notice allow, clear the street of such obstruction.
