TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF STREETS.— The Secretary may, by an order in writing, temporarily close any street to traffic for repair or in order to carry our any work connected with drainage, water supply or lighting or any of the purposes of this Act: Provided that such work shall be completed and the street reopened to traffic with all reasonable speed.
