REGISTRATION OF PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND PRIVATE PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTIONS.— On or after the commencement of this Act, no private hospital and private paramedical institution shall be established within the territorial area of a Municipality without prior registration in that Municipality under section 313.
