APPEALS.— (I) Any person aggrieved by an order made by the court under section 176 or section 177 may prefer an appeal to the District Court on any question whether of law or of fact. (2) Every appeal under this section shall be preferred within a period of thirty days from the date of the order of the court under section 176 or section 177: Provided that the District Court may entertain an appeal after the expiry of the said period of thirty days, if it is satisfied that the appellant had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within such period.
