Nomination of candidates for election.— Any person may be nominated as a candidate for election to fill a seat if he is qualified to be chosen to fill that seat under the provisions of this Act: 24A[Provided that a person nominated as a candidate for filling up a seat in a Municipality shall not be nominated as candidate in another ward of the same Municipality]
