Amendment of section 12.—In the principal Act, in section 12,-'— in sub-section (2), for the words "nodal agency" the words "nodal agency or Bureau" shall be substituted; in sub-section (3), for the words "nodal agency" the words "nodal agency or Bureau" shall be substituted; in sub-section (4), for the words "nodal agency" the words "nodal agency or Bureau, as the case may be," shall be substituted. -
