(1) The Kerala Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 (24 of 1963), the Kerala Motor Vehicles (Taxation of Passengers and Goods) Act, 1963 (25 of 1963) and the Kerala Motor Vehicles Taxation Ordinance, 1975, (7 of 1975) are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the Kerala Motor Vehicles Taxation Ordinance (7 of 1975), by sub section (1) anything done or any action taken under that ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
