(1) Where an application for the grant or renewal of quarrying lease is delivered personally, its receipts shall be acknowledged forthwith. (2) In all other cases, the receipt of such application shall be acknowledged in form 'D' within three days of the receipt. (3) The Officer receiving such application shall enter on it the date on which and the hour at which the application has been received by him.
