(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Micro Small and Medium Enterprises [and Other Enterprises] Facilitation Act, 2019. (2) It shall come into force at once. Inserted by Act 32 of 2021 dt.15/11/2021 (w.e.f. 05/10/2020).
